Attiéké with fried fish

Ingredients:

2 headless fish clean
1 tbs of ginger
1 tsp of black pepper
A pinch salt
Fresh cooking hers
Frying oil
250g of attiéké
2 medium tomatoes diced
½ green bell pepper finely diced
¼ cup of oil salt to taste
Bouillon to taste

Season the clean fish with the ginger, salt black pepper mixture. Heat up oil at 350°F. Drop the fish in the hot oil and add your cooking fresh herbs. Fry your fish to your desired texture. Remove and set aside. In large bowl, mix attiéké and water. After complete absorption of water, stir you attiéké with a fork. Microwave for 1-3 minutes or steam while stirring for about 3 minutes. Remove from microwave or steamer. Add tomatoes, onion, pepper, bouillon, oil. Mix until well incorporated, taste and add salt if needed. Serve with the fish and some extra pepper on aside.
